Cancellation
If a consultation is confirmed and you need to cancel, please inform Vritti Vikasa as early as possible through WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability. A new slot will be confirmed after the request is reviewed.
Fee Communication
Before any paid consultation is finalized, the applicable fee, mode of payment, cancellation expectations, and rescheduling option will be communicated clearly.
No-Show
If a user does not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, rescheduling may be handled at the discretion of Vritti Vikasa.
